Companies that have recieved a "cease and desist" or any other similar type of order from any state in which they do business will be required to pay an upfront, non-refundable application fee of $500.00 and submit proof that they have satisfied any and all issues with State / Federal regulators. Companies that have not resolved these issues will not be granted membership to Halo Mac.
Additionally, Halo Mac requires companies who have received inviestigatory notices at the regulatory level to show proof that any issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of State / Federal regulators.
