Halo Mac's mission is to encourage fair and ethical business practices in the loan modification industry and promote loan modification companies and industry professionals that meet our high standards for membership.The current housing crisis and new government and private loan modification programs, is the foundation on which Halo Mac was formed.
Our mission helps shape the loan modification industry. We promote education of professionals and consumers as new loan modification services evolve. We believe loan modification services can help all types of homeowners and lender/servicers alike, prevent foreclosures, stabilize housing, and encourage economic recovery.
Our mission and values aims to encourage loan modification companies to provide the highest levels of service to ensure the public and housing industry’s confidence.

We believe that the correct approach is to work with regulators and that fair regulation for the industry starts with respectful consideration to existing state and federal requirements.To that end, Halo Mac chooses to work with state regulators and assist as we can towards the ultimate goal of fair regulation for companies and industry professionals. Halo Mac believes that by promoting its members that have met compliance requirements and who strive to participate in this industry in a professional manner will contribute to the overall better perception and image of loan modification companies.
There is a proper way to conduct business which is through an upfront and transparent approach. Real estate laws and regulations will become increasingly weighted to protect the homeowner and new changes will continue to be introduced and added to protect them.
